Store Cattle & Store Sheep

Breeding Cattle
The company offered for sale a small but select entry of beef breeding cattle for the monthly sale which included two dispersals on behalf of long-standing suppliers Mark Linkleter, West Kirkheaton & George Walton, Allensgreen.
All classes sold well and beyond vendors expectations, with the sale topping at £2700 for a 2015 born Limousin cross cow with her sizeable ¾ bred cross steer calf at foot from Mr Linkleter.
Following closely behind was a super Blue cross steer calf from Mr Walton that changed hands at £2600.
As well as previous classes, the two dispersals sold well with support from both local and distant buyers to return averages of £2087 and £2120 from Kirkheaton & Allensgreen respectively.
The company would like to thank all vendors for their custom and especially Mr Linkleter & Mr Walton for their continued support during their long and successful careers.
